This site is an information resource about the ELPAC test: its design and content, how results are reported, the validity argument, examiner training, and the documents made available to licensing authorities and operating organisations. It is not the test application and it does not process test sessions or results.

The pages of this website summarise ELPAC for a general audience. Where a page and a published ELPAC document differ, the document prevails: the ELPAC Handbook and the ELPAC Assessment Scheme, available on the Documents page, are the authoritative references for test administration, examiner conduct and assessment.

Content is maintained with care but may be updated, corrected or replaced at any time. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, regulatory or licensing advice, and decisions on licensing and competency checks remain with the competent authority.

The ELPAC name and logo, the EUROCONTROL name and logo, and the text, images and documents on this site remain the property of their respective owners. You may read, print and quote the information published here for non-commercial informational purposes, provided the source is acknowledged and the material is not altered in a way that changes its meaning.
